Life is a roller coaster. We cannot predict when the going will get rough and our life plan must be reconfigured. What we can do is be realistic to know that complacency is not an option. Challenges and difficult times are commonplace and must be faced with strength and confidence. Friction pushes us forward to do what we have never done.
So do not fear the hard times. Embrace and know leaders are not born in times of weakness, rather in times of strength.
