Most people think of home organization as a one-time monumental task they must set aside a weekend for. Once they do it, they are disappointed when the home reverts to the way it was before over a period of time. It is helpful to think of home organization and cleaning as an ongoing practice. When we break it down into quick daily habits, it becomes less overwhelming. Our homes are also more likely to stay organized when it is a continual process. This takes shifting our mindset to scheduling large chunks of time for "organization projects" and instead make it a daily practice of living organized.
